This Shiraz is a well balanced full bodied wine that has rich plum flavours complemented by clove and spicy black pepper. This wine has firm tannins which are expertly integrated with various interesting flavours. Goes well with Indian meats, other red meats or even on its own. Serve at 60 C -120 C
